Monday, July 3

Opening Reception will include appetizers, nonalcoholic beverages, and alcoholic drink tickets as part of registration fees.

Tuesday, July 4

There are no conference events scheduled for Tuesday evening. We recommend a trip to the Historic North End (Italian section of Boston) or Faneuil Hall area which are accessible via public transportation. There are dozens of excellent restaurants in the area from which to choose. There are many Fourth of July celebrations around Boston including the free Boston Pops concert at the Hatch Shell. Wednesday, July 5

Wednesday’s Comedy Night will be held at the BU Pub. Some light snacks/desserts and a cash bar will be available at the event. There will be a list of restaurants on/near campus for dinner before the event. The comedy show/joke telling competition is included in the registration fee.

Thursday, July 6

Thursday Night Banquet will be held in the Metcalf Trustee Lounge and Ballroom. A cash bar and free nonalcoholic beverages will be available. Complementary wine will be served with dinner. The price of the banquet is included in the registration fee.

Friday, July 7

The conference concludes after the members’ meeting. Anyone interested in informally getting together for dinner or other activities post-conference can meet in the lobby of the Student Village residence (StuVi-1). Price is not included in registration.

Saturday, July 8

Possible Saturday sightseeing excursions depending on level of interest. Price is not included in registration.
